Yes, you can vote by absentee ballot. However, there are regulations governing voting by absentee ballot.
To obtain an absentee ballot you must first complete an Absentee Ballot Application. To request an Absentee Ballot Application, call the City Clerk's Office at 301-336-2600, ext. 2230.
